The Wayúu mochilas fascinate by its color, design and complexity of techniques used in its preparation. Easily recognizable by the geometric figures that symbolize the elements of nature (animals, stars, plants, etc.) surrounding the Wayuu everyday life.
The work of producing a Wayuu backpack is around 20 days and is produced by a single woman on her own.
